A single mother who recently declared bankruptsy and is living with her parents was impregenated through in vitro fertilization and delivered eight children. She had six already of which came through in vitro as well. This woman cannot take care of the children she already has!!!! She has no business having 14. These poor children are going to stuggle because of this woman's depression. She claims that the reason she did it was because as an only child, she craves "companionship." GET A HUSBAND...BOYFRIEND....SOMETHING ELSE> On top of all that she claims in her Ann Curry interview that she had a "dysfunctional upbringing." OH great so this is where the kids are now going to be.... in this home that you claim as being "dysfunctional?" This woman should not get any money from taxpayers to raise these children. They should be put up for adoption to families that are not blessed with fertility, but have a solid and loving home prepared to raise a child. The doctor who allowed this needs to have his medical license revoked!
After reading your post, I actually looked up the article and video clips from MSNBC.com. Of course I was a a viewer who saw when they first announced that a woman gave birth to octuplets. I thought it was crazy and started thinking about how that lady was going to care for so many babies. After reading the full article I am also disappointed that a person would bring so many children into this world when she has no set plan except for finishing school. Student loans will not get her that far with a total of 14 kids. I sure wish those babies the best of luck and also her other poor innocent children who now have 8 babies concuming most of the attention of the mother.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree. The other thing the bother's me about this is the fact that she did in vitro fertilzation in the first place. Do you realize how expensive that is? my aunt did that and they spent like 60,000 big ones! How the hell is she going to have 6 kids that she can barely afford plus she does in vitro and has eight more. Are you kidding me? Why should dhe get any help when she did this to herself? The babies are my biggest concern, I feel for them and their wellfare, not hers. They should be given to families who really want children and can't have them themselves.
